 ·        Have cleared IRDA exam and had worked with ICICI Prudential Insurance Company for 2 years.

 ·        Presently working as a lecturer in Shri GHG and  DDN  BBA College at Jamnagar since 2008.

·        Worked as a visiting faculty with ICFAI (University of Hyderabad) taking subjects like Business Communications and Managerial Effectiveness. 

 ·        Worked as a visiting faculty with NIS(Annamalai University)taking subjects like Principles of Management, Customer Relationship Marketing, Human Resource Management  for 2 years.

I have been appointed as paper examiner by Saurashtra University since 2010 for examining the papers of students from semester 1 to semester 6 students, at Rajkot.

Paper setter:

I have been appointed as a paper setter for different subjects since 2016

Project Guide:

I have been appointed as Project guide for the Management students since 2008.

Project Examiner:

I have been appointed as a panel member for the project examiner committee since 2010 for taking practical exam in the form of viva for the management students.

Exam squad duty:

I have been appointed as examination squad in charge during examinations since 2014.

   CLASS ACTIVITIES :

·      Motivating students for participating in community service activities

· Value based teaching.

· Soft skills training/Communication/Presentation

  I conduct revision presentations once the unit is completed and this is done by students with my help.

·        I conduct tests of important questions once the syllabus is completed to enhance learning.

·        I carry out group discussions on various topics.

·        I carry out Role Plays to reinforce the topics and to make the class lively.

·        I discuss case studies to make students conceptually clear with the concepts.

·        I discuss articles from newspaper, magazines and journals related to subject.

·        I conduct pair work technique in the class for effective learning and to cultivate team spirit in the students.

·        I conduct group studies and group activities related to subject.

·        I ask more questions to students after the topic is completed to increase interaction with the class and faculty.

·        I make them play games related to subject to increase their knowledge base.

·        I believe in Edutainment (Education with Entertainment) using videos ,animations, short stories.
